In Eveux, 30 km north-west of Lyon,  everybody knows La Tourette, the home of  a dozen Dominican monks. Built between 1953 and 1960, this pure block of concrete is the work of one of history grand architects Le Corbusier. The building, included as one of Unesco’s global heritage sites in 2016, seats in contrast to the savage nature of the forest which surrounds it. It’s a place of dialog and prayers of course, but also an ideal location for working gate away thanks to the modern, bright and calming environnement.
